Doug Pardon

Co-CIO, Brigade Capital Management, LP (L/S Credit)

Doug Pardon is Co-Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for the High Yield, Loan and Opportunistic Credit strategies at Brigade.

Doug has a BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business (2001). Following university, Doug joined Merrill Lynch in the Mergers and Acquisitions group, working as an Analyst (2001-2003).From there he moved to Lehman Asset Management, as a Senior Analyst in HY, focused on healthcare, gaming/lodging/leisure, retail, consumer products, food/ drug/ tobacco and the services industries. Doug joined Brigade in 2007 as a Senior Analyst and was promoted to Head of the High Yield Research in 2012. In his current role, Doug manages Brigade’s liquid credit strategies, is a member of the Investment and Management Committees, and Chairs the firm's ESG Committee.

Tommaso Sanzin

Senior Investment Specialist, Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS)

Tommaso is Managing Director of the Asset Management division of UBP, where he joined the alternative investments team in London in 2014. He is also a specialist in alternative investment solutions to fixed income, such as private credit and hedge funds. Before joining UBP, he was Partner, Risk Manager and Head of Quantitative Research at Hermes BPK, the alternative investment boutique founded in collaboration with Hermes Fund Managers and launched by the British Telecom Pension Scheme.

Joseph Kelly

Managing Director, Campbell & Co

Mr. Kelly is a Partner and a Member of the Board of Directors of the controlling entity Campbell & Company, LLC. As the Global Head of Institutional Solutions, Mr. Kelly manages the team responsible for Institutional partnerships and Consultant Relations. Mr. Kelly has 30 years of experience across various roles in derivatives trading and alternatives asset management, including: Head of Alternatives for Russell Investments’ Americas Institutional business, Founder and EVP of fintech start-up iOptions Group, LLC, and Senior Derivatives Trader managing the CME profit center for the Hull Group (HF volatility firm acquired by Goldman Sachs in 1998). Mr. Kelly holds a B.A in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
